Safe Flow Dryer vent cleaning company was so good to work with to get my dryer vent issues solved. The owner, Jon Sligh and his team were very good and kept me up to date with their ETA, clearly explained the cause of my dryer vent issues and the solutions. What was most impressive was all the documentation of the dryer vent issues via pictures and pictures of the step by step repairs. I really appreciated Jon Sligh sitting down with me showing me all the pictures and giving me summary of everything that was repaired. I would definitely have Safe Flow back in a year for maintenance and would recommend them to anyone that has dryer vent problems.

I knew that the previous owner of my house had a bathroom vent joined to the dryer vent, and that it was a bad setup. When I called SafeFlow, Jon explained that it was not to code. We agreed for him to come out a couple of days later to evaluate my options.
Jon and his crew were friendly and courteous. Jon explained his concerns and his recommendations clearly. We came to a decision on how best to proceed, and within an hour my dryer vent had been reconfigured and replaced with quality materials.
I am very happy about it all. I know that it is much safer than the original configuration. The photo is part of the old ventilation. So glad I called Jon! I will certainly use SafeFlow for annual cleaning and inspection.

Excellent service. They replaced my outdoor dryer vent cover, which required climbing onto a steep roof. They had all the necessary safety equipment and worked very carefully. From my first phone contact with Jon to the follow up just today, he and the service he performs is first class. I had purchased a dryer vent cleaner kit from Amazon with the intention to do it myself. My wife mentioned to me that the clothes were taking a lot longer to dry so I went out to where the vent was and there was absolutely no air flow coming out. To me, that indicated a larger problem that I was prepared to do with my little cleaning kit. He and his helper came and got the job done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.
While they were here I also went for the new flexible metal connector and a new, very nice outside vent. My original vent, one with those 3 flaps that are supposed to open and close as the air flow comes and goes, was actually stuffed with lint. The new vent cover he installed is a one door with a magnetic closure, guaranteed for life. I highly recommend this service and Jon in particular. I feel a lot better knowing that the vent is clean and I don't have to worry about a fire.

Jon was able to come the same day we connected via phone. He and Tyler deftly cleaned our second-story dryer vent, removed the bird nests lurking within, and replaced our old outdoor vent cover with a more bird-resistant one. They were even able to effect a quick repair to a panel on our dryer housing -- all within the span of an hour! I wouldn't hesitate to book their services again.
I am very pleased with the work Jon, Safe Flow Dryer Vent, did with installing a totally new dryer vent to accommodate the new location of the dryer and added a bathroom exhaust vent with light where there was none!! Everything is updated, looking and working great. The vent is hidden in the interior wall so I have full use of my overhead cabinets. They worked efficiently within small tight spaces and even put up with my dog following them around. Kept me informed of their progress and left everything clean and in place. I would highly recommend.
Jon and Tyler were able to quickly identify issues with my dryer connection, come up with various cleaning solutions to address a difficult to reach exhaust vent, and then quickly cleared out 23 years of a dangerously clogged dryer vent. I certainly appreciate a company that shows up on-time, charges a fair rate, is friendly and knows their stuff. Dryer time is incredibly better, and the cost savings will probably offset the cost of the service. Jon from SafeFlow identified that our dryer vent, which is on roof, was wrongly installed in first place. He explained how it was installed in code violation, he provided enough pictures, evidence to go-back to builder.
He installed the vent properly to the roof, which was left by builder. After his guys cleaned-up our dryer, the dryer is drying clothes in half the time & is working efficiently.

I can't recommend SafeFlow highly enough! I encourage anyone with a dryer issue to reach out to Jon first! I knew there had to be a problem with my vent, not the dryer, but couldn't find anyone who seemed to know how to fix the problem. Because I have an old home, it was a complicated fix, but Jon handled it with great confidence and kindness. I will be calling him every year, for routine cleaning from now on.

Great service, on time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and priced right. Definitely would recommend. My dryer airflow was more than doubled and my drying time has been cut in half . No need to run the dryer over and over again on the same set of clothes ,to get them completely dry.

Super glad I stumbled on Jon's business when we were having dryer issues. After figuring out that the dryer itself was working fine, I found my vent in the attic to be apparently blocked and blowing dryer lint back in my attic.
